Tim LIPP | Facilitator

Founder, Beaverlodge Game

Tim is a poet operating under the delusion that words have a bigger meaning than the space they take up. Much like you and me. The advent of AI is fundamentally about evolution of language. Tim began his career in language mapping among the highest people in the world. He now runs a clothing import business from Nepal and works at multiple levels of the economic development to help community find fit and flow. He is a 2-0 Amatuer MMA fighter and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He was lead designer on the "Hidden Heroes of Space and Place" guide and will be facilitating this session.

David LITTLE | Speaker

Co-Founder, FORESIGHT Recruitment Group

David has spent 11 years in real estate recruitment, moving to Calgary in 2018 where he’s focused on Alberta's real estate market. In January 2024, he took the next step in his career by co-founding Foresight Recruitment Group. David's true passion is supporting the real estate industry, which he actions by actively investing with organizations such as the REET Institute (a NFP group encouraging BIPOC high-school students to join the industry), and his committee work with CREW, BOMA Edmonton, and BOMA Calgary.
