Elsa brings over fifteen years of legal experience in the areas of environmental, regulatory and corporate/commercial law. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Masters of Laws, specializing in environmental and natural resource law, from the University of Calgary. She has lived in Calgary for almost twenty years and enjoys contributing to her community through Green Calgary and other volunteer initiatives.
