School Programs

Green Calgary is pleased to offer schools and youth organizations opportunities for environmental education.

• First Calgary Savings Water for Life- Grade 2
  
• HSBC Clean Air Champions (FREE!) - Grade 6-9 only

Cost

The cost of one workshop is $75 however Green Calgary offers discounts on multiple workshops to one school on the same day. The HSBC Clean Air Champions program is offered free of charge

Notes

• Discounts apply if different workshops are ordered on the same day.
• Subsidies are available for some programs.
• Green Calgary accepts 50% Calgary Dollars for payment.
• Cancellations must be made one day in advance.

Become an Idle Free School

Sign up to be an Idle Free School. Decals are provided to schools free of charge and can be used to raise funds for metal Idle Free Zone signs

Just for Teachers

We offer workshops just for teachers that can be delivered on professional days or as part of a staff meeting. Try our Green Cleaning, EcoDecision Making or Waste at Home workshops.
