Not to fret! Green Calgary sells Rain Barrels and Composters (and all the sought after accessories) year-round!
Garden Gourmet Composter
Price: $35.00 + GST
The Garden Gourmet compost bin holds 11 cubic feet of material and weighs 29 pounds. Parts are easily assembled – no tools – just follow the diagram in the instruction booklet. Finished size is 24L x 24W x 36H inches. It is black plastic that is at least 51% recycled including post consumer waste.

Rain Barrels
Price: $75.00 - $95.00
Utilize every drop of water with a rain barrel. Our 45 gallon barrels are repurposed food-grade barrels that once held condiments, pop syrup, or molasses. Diverted from the landfill and now they are great additions to your yard: Rain water contains more nitrogen and none of the chlorine found in tap water, as well as a natural temperature that doesn’t shock plants, so your plants will love it! A rain barrel will also help you conserve water and save money on your water bill!
Available in blue or white.
Approximate dimensions of barrel - 3 feet tall by 2 feet wide- will easily lay across the back bench seat of a compact car.
2 Year Warranty with receipt. Does not cover damaged caused by misuse or improper winterizing*.
(*To avoid frozen water cracking or warping your barrel. Just drain the barrel, flip it on its side or upside down, and let it be!)
