Calgary Dollars Potluck

Second Wednesday of every month, 6:00 to 8:30 PM.

Calgary Dollars holds monthly potlucks to encourage community connections, local currency interactions, bartering, to visit and to eat together.

Enjoy good food, meet interesting people, trade goods and services and learn about how we can develop a sustainable local economy using Calgary’s very own local currency.

Everyone, including non-members, is welcome.

Please try to bring a dish, desert or drinks with servings for about 6.

We always have delicious food, but don’t worry if you don’t have the time or urge to cook something fancy. A bottle of juice, some fruit, or just bread and cheese are all welcome contributions.

In addition to folks from this Meetup group, there are usually 50-80 Calgary Dollars members in attendance.

For more information, see Calgary Dollars

It’s an organic, self-organizing network where people have the opportunity to gather, enjoy a bite and drinks while discussing anything green.

Green Drinks Calgary joined the network in September 2007 and has been a raging success ever since,
bringing in over 100 people monthly!
