Cooking with Your Local Harvest

Event Date(s): Tuesday, September 21, 2010 7:00-9:00pm

Special guest Wade Sirois - a renowned local foods advocate, chef and owner of Infuse Catering and Forage - will also be at the workshop to speak about local food and answer questions. Maximum number of participants is 20.

Ingredients will be provided along with all recipes and instruction about nutrition and the “how to” about working to get the most out of our foods in relation to flavour and health.  Please remember that you are encouraged to bring along any produce from your own garden plot.
