Objective: Commercial Environmental Services assists companies to reduce their environmental impact associated with waste. We offer the information, education, resources and tools necessary to divert waste from landfill and reach your waste diversion goals.
This award winning program has helped hundreds of companies to achieve desired waste reduction goals and identify other environmental objectives.
Consulting Services - One on one support to assist your company in achieving desired waste reduction goals and identify other environmental objectives.
Through customized consultation, staff are able to provide the necessary recommendations and solutions, quantitative reporting on recycling initiatives and associated ecological benefits, recycling research, education and advising to corporate Green Teams.
Waste Assessments - Quantify the waste and recycling composition and rates from your company to create a baseline measurement and improve waste reduction programs.
Online Recycling Directory - A convenient way to locate recycling companies in Calgary.
Calgary Materials Exchange - An on-line forum for companies to list materials that are available or wanted for exchange - www.cmex.ca

Environmental Education
Waste at Work Presentation: This 50 minute presentation is primarily aimed at educating employees on steps they can take to reduce, reuse and recycle materials at work. To book a presentation at your workplace contact (403) 230-1443 x 226 or email sarah@greencalgary.org.
Presentations can be delivered as a ‘Lunch and Learn’ or other meeting times. We request that you arrange for a waste free lunch.
Environmental Products
The Green Calgary EcoStore sells products that are environmentally sustainable and help to reduce waste and conserve water. There are a variety of Eco friendly office supplies available and the opportunity to create a corporate account. Members get a 10% discount.
Residential Environmental Services
Healthy Homes - Residential home visits to create a healthy living environment, while reducing the home’s “eco-footprint”.
