Putting the Electro-Environment on Trial

Dear Ashley,

About a month ago I moved into a bachelor suite in an older house. For the first few weeks I had a really hard time getting a good night’s sleep. I would feel a strange zapping sensation in my chest, and I woke up feeling exhausted and stressed out almost every day. After doing some Internet research I started to speculate that I am electro-sensitive.

I recently bought an EMF (electro-magnetic field) meter, which confirms my suspicions - the corner where I was sleeping gave high readings. I have since moved my bed and I now unplug my fridge at night which seems to help. I was wondering if you have any advice for how people can recognize the symptoms and deal with this sort of invisible electro-pollution.

Thanks,

Maarten
